**Job Summary**
- Provide timely and effective administrative support to the sales and marketing team

**General Responsibilities**

**1. Sales support**:

- Sales quotation, sales contracts, sales orders, sales kits, gimmicks/ give aways/samples, product materials for sales, price lists, admin support for business traveling & Group sales meetings, follow up stock transfer to regional warehouses to ensure enough stock for sales.
- Follow up with sales team and support for implementation of SFE: customer data, do segmentation & targeting, call plan, report tracking.
- Follow up Customer Loyalty contracts, update sales reports and loyalty payment to customers.

**2. Marketing support**:

- Do purchasing request & follow up contract sign-off with procurement team.
- Coordinate with & support sales & marketing team for implementation of marketing & sales promotional activities including preparation, implementation follow up, and reports, attending events and activation programs when needed.
- Follow up the execution of trade marketing/ merchandising programs to retailing customers/ pharmacies & chains, report and payment update on systems.

**3. Admin support**:

- Doing payment vouchers to settle expenses & managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Follow up A&P expense to be spent vs. budget, accrue and monitor expenses report.
- Update contents/changes to company regulations, policies and procedures on a periodic basis
- Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales & marketing administration
- Other Administration works stationery, office admin and other admin assigned tasks.

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Up to two years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate strong administrative, organization skills
- Proven knowledge and experience in sales/admin support.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools especially Excel,
- Good in using powerpoint & communication in English is an advantage
- Good communication, high service mind

**Education**
- Diploma in business administration, or equivalent
