MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Đảm bảo các món ăn được phục vụ đạt tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng, khẩu vị và định lượng
Hướng dẫn, giám sát Commis và phụ bếp trong khu vực món Âu.
Phối hợp với các khu vực bếp khác để đảm bảo món ăn được phục vụ đúng thời gian.
Giữ gìn khu vực làm việc và kho nguyên liệu sạch sẽ, gọn gàng.
Tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm (HACCP).
Hỗ trợ kiểm kê và đặt hàng nguyên vật liệu cho khu vực bếp Âu.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Bếp hoặc Ẩm thực.
Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ hoặc đào tạo chuyên sâu về ẩm thực Âu.
Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại khách sạn 4-5 sao hoặc nhà hàng Âu cao cấp
Am hiểu kỹ thuật chế biến, trình bày món Âu.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.
