- **What is “debt settlement”?**_
- Debt settlement is the process of negotiating with creditors to reduce the total amount owed._
- It’s typically used by consumers who are experiencing financial hardship and can’t keep up with minimum payments. Rather than paying the full balance, the goal is to reach an agreement to pay a reduced lump sum or structured payments._

**I.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct customer care calls to customers. Guide and assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions when participating in the company's service.
- Collect required documents from clients and prepare necessary paperwork for negotiations with creditors. Collect client signatures for legal documents.
- Underwrite enrolled debts by reviewing client account information and documentation to determine program eligibility.
- Communicate with banks to verify account information, confirm authorization, and resolve account-related inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all required materials for negotiation and settlement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.

**II. REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluency in English, **IELTS 6.0+** (work with partners and banks in the US).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service/customer documentation processing or related positions.
- Proficiency in meticulous attention and focus on every detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and work effectively both independently and in a team.

- Industry: Financial services in the US market (No insurance, No lending).
- Working hours: 21:00 - 6:00, 22:30 - 07:30 or 23:30 - 8:30, 5 days/week (working by US business hours)**.**:
