**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
- Research applicant's financial status, creditworthiness, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
- Coordinate and communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and customers to obtain additional documentation as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with changing rules, regulations, and guidelines from lenders.
- Deliver excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries in a timely manner.

**Job Requirement**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Processor or in a similar role in the mortgage industry is a must.
- Familiarity with home loans and residential mortgages, as well as related procedures and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing and basic underwriting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks.
- Must be Fluent in speaking and reading English.

**Benefits**
- The salary for this position: depends on experience starting $800/month and after 3 months probation will increase with proven performance.
