**The Team**

We are looking for a responsible and hard-working new team member to join us in our journey of taking over the POD industry. As a bilingual support specialist, your work would be designed in a (full-time) shift-based schedule, working remotely. You would work in an international environment with cool teammates and a casual atmosphere. If you have excellent command of English and Vietnamese, you have great communication skills, you're a natural-born problem solver and you consider yourself a "people person" - this could be the place for you

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing merchants with all the necessary information about Printify and POD
- Assisting merchants with order-related and account-related issues
- Building and maintaining efficient communication with existing/new customers and Print Partners

**What you need**:

- Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese skills
- Experience in POD
- Flexibility & open-mindedness to consistently learn new things
- An empathetic & patient mindset
- Readiness to work in a team setting and/or on your own
- Tech-savviness & a good speed behind the keyboard
- Ideally, previous customer support work experience (but it’s not mandatory)
- Availability to work in shifts
