Coin98 Labs is looking for a top-notch Customer Specialist to join our team. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards, address customer inquiries, sustain high customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of Coin98’s products.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle customer queries, and manage complaints by providing solutions and options. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information. Report technical issues to the team in charge.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions about Coin98 products
- Other tasks assigned by the team lead

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Great English writing skill
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to participate in an on-call rotation, as required by the business.
- Patience and ability to work under high pressure
- High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous. A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
