- Plan and implement the tenant mix for the mall to achieve the rental projection/targets.
- Devise marketing strategies to maximize the occupancy and usage of the properties under management.
- Assist with the budgeting and management reporting of the properties being assigned.
- Responsible for tenancy negotiations and attend to any tenancy related matters. Engage, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships. This also includes facilitating issues occurring from time to time between Tenants and other departments such as operations and marcom.
- Prepare and assist to vet through tenancy agreements, any other related leasing documents, monthly reports and presentation kits.
- Responsible for upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy documents in an orderly manner.
- Monitor and research on market trends and the competition landscapes for business planning purpose.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Good at English
- Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferable in the shopping mall environment.
- Ability to build positive relationships with retailers, commercial operators and brands.
- Knowledge and experience in resolving tenancy related issues in shopping malls.
- Evidence of strong communication skills, written and verbal.
