Principal/senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Summary**
**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and onboard top IT talents; utilize effectively sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Provide consultation and insights to the executives, directors, and managers in both US and Vietnam on the Vietnam IT talent market, including talent availability, market trends, and benefit benchmark.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance company's brand in ITtalent market, including creating and maintaining a strong online presence, managing recruitment marketing campaigns, and participating in relevant industry events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports, provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, opportunities for improvement.
**Functional Responsibilities**
- Communicate relentlessly with team, manager and leadership to ensure transparency in all talent initiatives.
- Identify and implement key talent performance metrics and monitoring solutions to measure success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with users and stakeholders across disciplines, verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to details.
**Technical Skills**
- At least 7 years' experience in talent acquisition, focusing on IT talent in recent 3 years.
- Proven experience in attracting and onboarding top IT talents for high-demanding requirements, including senior/principal/lead positions that require multiple programming language comprehension.
- Possess strong network connections among IT communities, in Vietnam and particularly in Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang cities.
- Knowledge and insights on the Vietnam IT talent market, including talent availability, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Strong recruitment planning skills; be able to optimize recruitment channels for cost-effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and utilizing social media and other channels for talent attraction.
**Things that will separate you from the rest**
- Degree in IT-related field.
- In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, trends, ability to assess technical skills.
- Previous experience working with C-level as hiring managers is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working at a top IT headhunting agency
- Data-driven mindset, using metrics and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment strategies
**Education or Certifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
**Eligibility Requirements**
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
