**Product Management and Innovation** Director**

**_Our client is a well-known international Real-estate Tech company_**

**_Location: Hanoi, Vietnam_**

**_Salary: Up to USD 8,000_**

**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Be responsible for our innovation plan to exceed the market expectations
- Oversee the innovation plans and assign different projects to the Product team members and other stakeholders
- Be able to challenge the current innovation processes and current products to ensure future product will be key product leading the market
- Be the key person in leading several product developments projects from beginning until launching to the users
- Create and launch a new product portfolio management system
- Lead the Product team to ensure Company products/services are continually enhanced to meet the needs of our customers and driving market interest and sales - based on truly knowing the latest technology, Company capabilities as well as our clients
- Inspire Product team internally with your technology and user-centric approach to innovation and product management
- Inspire Product team in improving client relationship and category innovation
- Setting department budgets and allocating funds to ensure department needs are met
- Coordinate with other Managers to ensure Product department works efficiency and together all achieve company goal.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team and individual team members on how best to accomplish their responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of department operations to ensure they are functioning properly
- Develop and implement career development plans for individual team members

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Maintain or increase customer satisfaction and product/feature utilization.
- Develop more products/offers applicable across regions.
- Enhance clarity of offerings, simplifying support and reducing issue resolution time.
- Improve the new customer experience with streamlined onboarding and ordering, reducing support time and increasing upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide increased support for new business development and customer acquisition activities, resulting in stronger new business wins and improved existing customer relationships.
- Inquisitive and extroverted, enjoying interactions with people and demonstrating empathy.
- Technologically proficient with a keen interest in staying abreast of technical developments/solutions in the real estate editing industry.
- Demonstrates a proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B company offering complex solutions with a significant impact on daily operations through IT/TECH.
- Experienced and interested in people management, innovation processes, revenue management, and life cycle management.
- Highly organized and structured, valuing a comprehensive understanding of process flows.
- A clear and collaborative communicator, expressing opinions openly.
- A strong team leader with a willingness to articulate clear opinions.
