Head of Product/product Director

We are looking for a Head of Product who can help us to increase the company's success within our existing product lines. The spectrum of your tasks ranges from innovative product innovations to optimizing the efficiency of existing products. In addition to this, you will lead a team of product managers to oversee the development and management of the product’s roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision.

Your main abilities include an excellent form of communication and great people skills, since you will be communicating with all departments in the company at both management and employee level from engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments., as well as interacting with partners, customers, and analysts.

**2. Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
- Definition and alignment of the product direction, strategy, and roadmap.
- Oversee both existing products and new products from their conception to launch and act as the point person throughout the entire product lifecycle, from the product strategy phase to the go-to-market phase.
- Be in charge of developing a product roadmap for the entire product team, ensure seamless product functionality, decide on backlog and features prioritization, and take the product vision towards completion.
- Lead and Define UX for products from start to end, provide knowledge of customers insights to deliver value through technology and provide a more positive overall user experience.
- Supervise information technology including internal and external tech support, production tools development, data architecture and network information systems.
- Brainstorm design elements during the idea generation phase, analyze customer feedback on previous iterations or competitor products, and finalize designs to be implemented.
- Lead market and competitor analysis to identify product gaps & opportunities
- Lead the team to work with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with external communication in terms of web and customer relationship management CRM systems, target markets, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and key benefits
- Oversee and ensure that the functions of the Junior Product Manager, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager are efficiently and effectively executed. Collaborate with Engineering and Business Product Managers to align on deliverables. Evaluate proposals of Product Managers prior to authorizing the effect of any solutions and strategies for the business’s product.
- Measure and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data related to the product experience; track product performance metrics and KPIs associated with the performance of product development teams.

**3. Skills and Experience**:

- Strong Software Product Management with 10-12 years of experience from any tech industry, such as: E-commerce, B2B, SaaS, Finance, Fintech.
- Product and team leadership experience
- High level of analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use information/data and various metrics
- Experience of determining product-market fit and delivering products to market.
- Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, development, design, and other departments
- Experience executing product strategy across multiple teams, features, and conflicting priorities
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with an ability to move his peers as well as his juniors and have them follow a common vision

**Salary**: From 70,000,000₫ per month
