**Job description**:

- Lead the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality blockchain solutions that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development to align product goals and priorities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, user pain points, and potential product enhancements.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on product features and designs to improve user satisfaction and product performance.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and enhancements, creating clear and concise product specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful product delivery, while maintaining a balance between business objectives, technical feasibility, and user experience.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and business development teams to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and adoption.
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics, user behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for product enhancements and optimizations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology, industry standards, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Product visionary with experience building strategy for L1/L2 blockchain products from conception to launch, especially for those using novel and nascent technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Head of Product or similar leadership role in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong knowledge of product management principles and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in driving the development and launch of successful blockchain products or platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements and strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision, strategy, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric products, with a focus on usability and customer satisfaction.
- Passion for blockchain technology and a desire to contribute to the growth and advancement of the industry.
