**As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through our network and Wi-Fi SMB products and solutions. Your responsibilities encompass technical consultation, market analysis, collaboration with sales teams, training, and technical proficiency.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Consultation and Support**:

- Advise customers on network device and Wi-Fi SMB solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Address customer's technical inquiries, propose solutions, and technical recommendations.
- Assist customers in comprehending and resolving technical challenges related to TP-Link's SMB products.

**Market Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends within the realm of enterprise network and Wi-Fi equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with competitor products and perform comparative analyses with TP-Link's offerings.

**Sales Department Support**:

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Participate in discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.

**Training and Education**:

- Develop product documentation to enhance the sales team's and customers' understanding of products.
- Organize training sessions for the sales team regarding new products and solutions.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of network and Wi-Fi equipment products and solutions.
- Capable of conducting tests and demonstrating solutions effectively to clients.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Prior experience in Pre-Sales or relevant technical roles.
- Deep expertise in enterprise network and Wi-Fi equipment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese communication.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, etc.
