- Accurately process payments and post entries for general expenses promptly, adhering to internal policies and guidelines.
- Perform as the Branch’s messenger.
- Ensure proper processing and recording of all incoming important mail.
- Ensure daily processing of outgoing mail with no outstanding items.
- Organize internal bank events.
- Manage stock control and purchase ordering of office equipment and stationery.
- Assist in controlling the Branch’s expense budget.
- Help manage the Branch’s office keys, official seals, and stamps.
- Assist with document control at offsite storage.
- Perform other admin tasks
