1. Accounting tasks:

- Follow and manage petty cash & bank: check & manage daily & monthly Company’s cash flow; control daily expenses; implement cash & bank receipt, cash & bank payment based on relevant documents; input cash & bank transaction into accounting system.
- Follow and control cash advance, account payable: review closing balance of cash advance, account payable; collect invoices; settlement of the advance; input invoice into accounting system.
- Manage tools, equipment & fixed assets: control list of Company’s tools & equipment, fixed assets; calculate its depreciation & allocation; input into accounting system
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial report
- Prepare monthly internal report
- Have experience to work with tax officer, social insurance officer and other authorities
- Other accounting & tax related tasks

2. HR tasks:

- Manage attendant records, annual leave, sick leave of employees.
- Implement the salary calculation.
- Deal with Insurance bureau on compulsory insurance issues, responsible for contacting with Labor bureau, social security bureau and tax bureau for monthly declaration and annual audit.
- Manage and keep update for the employees’ personnel information.

- To be honest, trustworthy, hard-working, patient, self-confident, high motivated, creative & able to work independently and as part of a team
- Working place in HCM
- Full time working
