As our operations expand, we are looking for a 
detail-oriented and reliable Accountant
 to strengthen our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Financial Operations & General Ledger:

Manage the full cycle of accounting operations. accurately record daily accounting entries, and maintain the General Ledger in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
- Tax Compliance:

Responsible for the calculation, declaration, and submission of all tax filings and obligations, including VAT, CIT, PIT, etc. Handle annual tax finalization and work directly with tax authorities when required.
- Payroll & Social Insurance:

Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of compulsory insurance (Social, Health, Unemployment) and Trade Union fees.
- Financial Reporting:

Prepare and submit accurate monthly and quarterly management reports, quarterly and annual financial statements to the Board of Directors.
- Cash Flow & Treasury:

Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), prepare banking transactions, and manage cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity.
- Invoice Management:

Review and reconcile input/output documents, ensuring all E-invoices are valid, legal, and compliant with current regulations.
- Risk & Regulatory Update:

Proactively update the company on changes in tax laws and accounting policies to mitigate financial risks and ensure full compliance.
- Cost Control:

Collaborate with internal departments to analyze expenses and propose cost-optimization strategies.
- Other accounting tasks
. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors / Management.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in an international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax laws, and the Vietnamese accounting system.
  • Strong teamwork and people management skills; flexible and able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Proficient in monthly accounting closing and preparation of periodic financial reports.
  • Experience working and communicating with banks, auditors, tax authorities, clients, and business partners.
