**The Position**

As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be part of the People & Organizations (P&O) team. You will report to the Director of People & Organization (HR). You will manage full spectrum of training and development of field-force employees in Vietnam. Especially you will manage all activities related to implementing Training plan, support Front line managers to develop coaching plan for the improvement Selling skill of Medical representatives, conduct field visits, develop and execute induction/onboarding of new recruits, and run Assessment centers

Main job tasks:
Training and Learning

Identifying training needs through: (Conducting training needs assessments, and analyzing employee training needs through)
- Discussions with Department heads / team leaders
- Discussions with Sales, Marketing & Medical for the appropriate therapy area
- Accompanied working with sales teams & maintaining contact with market environment, primarily through Field Visits
- Liaison with appropriate therapy area with BUDs and National Sales Manager, and their sub-ordinates.

Developing training resources in conjunction with colleagues and providing training delivery including:

- Novo Nordisk way of selling
- Novo Nordisk way of coaching
- On the job coaching in conjunction with line management
- Induction training course delivery
- Development workshops
- Motivational, educational workshops at national cycle meeting and conferences

Conducting training evaluation
- Co-ordinating and co-facilitating Learning Programmes
- Co-ordinating external agencies & training providers
- Liaising with other companies, training organisations and associations to monitor new training developments
- Prepare reports related to Training activities and responsible for projects assigned by direct manager

Competency Assessment
- Contribute in the implementation of new competency frameworks for individual functions
- Support employees by facilitating self evaluation and manager competentcy evaluation
- Support in preparing competent reports
- Based on competency gap report, propose development inititiaves and incorporate in yearly plan as appropriate

Induction / Onboarding
- Support in aligning local induction/onboarding program as per guidelines
- Identify and update induction program topics through discussions with Department heads / team leaders.
- Especially with Sales, Marketing & Medical teams for the appropriate therapy area
- Organize and coordinate induction sessions/programs by managing all logistics and booking facilitators
- Deliver parts of the induction program
- Have knowledge on medical, product topics of induction program and be ready to present/facilitate in case of absence of facilitator.
- Prepare and maintain induction manuals and aids - Prepare tests through discussion with relevant facilitators
- Prepare reports on post evaluations of induction

Other individual assignments:

- Implementation of Global/ Regional/ Local Learning initiatives as and when required
- Conduct field visits and gather inputs from Sales
- Provide field visit assessment of MRs to managers
- Provide a coaching tool to be utilized by Sales Managers
