**JOB SUMMARY**:
This position is a key senior level role and is responsible for improving the productivity of employees, assessing development needs, driving training initiatives, and identifying and implementing suitable talent development solutions.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with manager together to establish the strategy of training and development.
- Determine training needs and requirements by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or gather information via surveys.
- Based on the development needs of the department and employees, formulate annual company training plans and budgets, as well as staff ability improvement training plans.
- Develop training programs that include on-line training and in-person training, create training materials, facilitate group sessions, create training videos, etc.
- Review existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance.
- Deliver in-person and online sessions as internal training instructor.
- Monitor training programs and materials to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary.
- Work with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
- Measure the effectiveness of all training curriculum.
- Create a fun and engaging training environment and delivery of training initiatives, to help foster the company’s culture.
- Execute on standardizing standards and process in training and talent development.
- Leading role in succession plan and talent development programs across teams.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Education**
- College Degree or above
- **Working Experience**
- 3 years minimum experience in a similar role
- **Skills and Abilities**
- Independent, able to work under pressure and have strong team spirit
- Good communication skill
- Proficient in public speaking
- Good at planning and execution
- Strong ability for project management
- Proficient in English - Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening

**EQUIPMENT USED**:

- Computer (PC or laptop), printer, multi-line phones, fax, copy machine, scanner, shredder
- Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.
