As an Accounting & Reporting Specialist -AP and GA, you will be responsible for processing accounting transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements. Performing activities of general accounting to ensure accuracy on the financial statement. Reporting to Accounting manager, recording the invoice into SAP, ensuring entries comply with USGAAP and Vietnamese accounting standards. Recording the subsequent entry of import tax and freight which ensure the inventory is correctly valued.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Processing Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing, payment timely
- Recording expense timely and allocating prepaid/expense to related business departments
- Collaborating and supporting business to fix any issues related to invoices and payments
- Performing necessary activities and raising adjustment entries to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Executing analysis data and reports as assigned and taking appropriate action as necessary
- Complying with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participating in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation
- Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction
- Understanding fixed asset regulation in USGAAP and VAS, advice for business matters regarding to create fixed asset code, category, useful life, write off, disposal process. Extracting list of fixed assets, send to business and support to count at year-end
- Managing account payable balance and make sure advance amount (if any) must be cleared with payable to avoid overpayment. Checking pending AP item, find the root cause and take actions accordingly

**Your background**:

- Having certain knowledge and experience relates to VAT, CIT regulation. Good understanding of Vietnamese accounting
- 3+ years relevant experience in similar role and work environment
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel is required. ERP familiar is a plus
- Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, enthusiastic
- Hight responsible at work
- Willing to learn new things
- Good attention to details
