Reporting to:

Assistant Finance Manager 

Salary: 13mil

Benefits: 13th month salary

pay once time at end of contract

(in case employees work full 8 months)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Payable: (70%)

  • Receive and check daily expense reports from employees on Concur.
  • Receive & check document and process AP booking to vendor for T&E, Admin fee, Professional fee, Custom duties, Tires.
  • Prepare payment for vendor, employees & Tax payable to ensure the payment transactions are processed timely, completely and accurately.
  • Support to update policies related to T&E expenditures to adapt with Internal control & Tax view.
  • Support & guide PIC about payment procedure & provide supporting documents by studying accounting policies & Tax regulation.
  • Check and process personal POP claims from employees.
  • Follow up & monitor prepaid, prepayment, deposit account.
  • Perform the scanning and filling accounting documents.

VAT input report (15%)

  • Monitor & collect invoices from vendor and employees.
  • Do VAT declaration report and submit by Tax reporting timeline.
  • Handle VAT report adjustment if any.

Month-end closing (15%)

  • Ensue timeline matching for booking of owned OPEX items and provide variance analysis to management on a monthly basic.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent. 

Experience: 

  • From 02 years in similar position or above
  • Having knowledge and experience in Tax areas: VAT, FCT is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS office and solid experience with SAP, Concur

Skills: 

  • Good in problem solving and communication.
  • Positive thinking, integrity, accountability and carefulness, passion in Finance - Accounting
