- _Working location: District 1, HCMC _
- _Working time: Monday to Friday _
- _Scope of work: external payments (70%), internal payments (30%)_

**KEY TASKS**
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, taxation (PIT, CIT and other taxes), purchase orders, invoices, statements, ect.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintaining historical records.
- Paying employees’claims by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
- Responding to other departments' inquiries regarding finance and compliance.
- Preparing to produce monthly reports to support for month end closing relating to account payables.
- **Xero account closing (AP, AR, GL)**:_
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
- Balance Sheet Schedule updates (Including CAPEX, Intangible Assets, Prepaid expense amortization, Cost/Expense Accrual).
- Intercompany transitions confirmation.
- Reconciliation AP aging (ERP, Misa, Xero).
- Bank reconciliation. Management report

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree with major in accounting, finance or business.
- At least 3 years working experience.
- Experience in multiple accounting roles is preferred.
- Fluent in both written and reading English.
- Result oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
