In this role, you will be part of a strong, highly collaborative in-house legal team providing legal support on a wide range of corporate legal matters. This includes:

- Reviewing, and negotiating commercial and vendor agreements, providing legal advice to stakeholders
- Implementing robust corporate governance policies for the organization.
- Acting as a key interface with government authorities and external counsels.
- Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the Organization.
- Staying up to date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the Organization business and specific industry.

**Yêu cầu công việc****:

- Degree in law with 4 -5 years post qualified experience
- Prior experience in M&A/investment advisory or consulting is a must
- Qualified lawyer/attorney with current entitlement to practice
- Proven experience in general corporate and commercial issues working in-house
- Possess excellent legal and strategic judgment, coupled with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Thorough understanding of Legal practices in Vietnam
- Experience in handling diverse and complex legal issues and transactions arising
- Vietnamese and English language proficiency (especially both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills, are meticulous, and are a quick learner
- Possess a high level of integrity

**LOCATION**:CMC Tower, 11 Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Hanoi

**WORKING TIME**: Mon - Fri ( 8am - 17pm)
