**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drafting legal documents: You may be responsible for drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies, and legal opinions. Strong attention to detail, legal writing skills, and understanding of legal terminology are crucial for this task.
- Providing legal advice and counsel: You will offer legal advice to your organization's management and employees on various legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assisting in legal proceedings: You may be involved in preparing legal documentation for lawsuits, arbitrations, or administrative proceedings. This may include gathering evidence, drafting pleadings, and liaising with external legal counsel.
- Monitoring legal developments: This includes staying informed about changes in legislation, case laws, and legal precedents that may affect your organization's operations. You'll need to provide timely updates to stakeholders and advise on any necessary adjustments.
