Senior Legal Officer

We are looking for a Senior Legal Officer who is qualified to provide professional support and legal advice to business transactions and legal compliance, safeguarding the company’s interest and guaranteeing the company’s compliance with the laws and regulations.

**Responsibility**:

- Provide legal advice relating to the company’s business, with a focus on:
+ Project investment and management;
+ Land management, compensation, and site clearance;
+ Real estate business;
+ Economic contracts and civil contracts (land lease, construction, loan, purchase);
+ Setting up internal procedures and regulations;
+ Other fields relating to the company’s business.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, memorandum of understanding;
- Provide legal advice to orient the administration/ management, to minimize legal risks, and to protect legitimate benefits and prestige of the company;
- Work with partners and clients on legal issues;
- Get involved in legal proceedings between the company and other parties;
- Compose and popularize the company’s internal rules and regulations;
- Others as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer and Board of Directors.

**Requirement**:

- Law degree by the university of law or the faculty of law at a national university (a degree by the faculty of law at the international affair institute or foreign trade university is still acceptable but less preferable)
- 5-7 years at law firms or corporate counsel
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure
- Good communication skill
- IELTS 6.5 minimum
