Responsibilities

  1. Participate in developing and implementing the Company's Legal Risk Management Framework.
  2. Lead the management of the Legal Risk Register and guide relevant Units in effectively managing the legal risks under their responsibility, thereby supporting the Company's business operations in alignment with its strategic direction and defined risk appetite.
  3. Participate in drafting and providing feedback on legal documents, assessing the impact of newly issued regulations to help manage risks arising from changes in the legal environment, and enhance legal awareness and competency for the Company's employees.

  4. Perform other legal advisory tasks in accordance with the functions and requirements of the Legal Department from time to time, including:

  5. Providing legal advice on transactions and activities related to corporate governance (legal procedures, corporate documents, labor, procurement, contracts, trademarks, etc.);

  6. Providing legal advice on investment projects, investment transactions, and financing activities of the Group's companies;
  7. Providing legal advice on activities related to sales and project operations management;
  8. Providing legal advice on other activities of the Group's companies

Qualifications

  1. Graduated from the University of Law or the Law Faculty of accredited universities in Vietnam (Bachelor of Laws).
  2. Candidates who have completed the Lawyer Training Program or hold a Lawyer Practice Certificate are preferred.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in corporate legal advisory, including a minimum of 3 years providing legal consultation in the real estate business sector.
