Position Overview

We are seeking a
Legal Executive/Legal Associate
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have
3-5 years of professional experience
in a legal or consultancy environment, with strong analytical skills, excellent English proficiency, and a client-focused mindset.

This role involves providing legal support to both internal teams and clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and contributing to advisory and consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal consultancy and advisory services for clients across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on company formation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct legal and regulatory research using AI and other digital tools to ensure accurate and timely advice.

Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports in accordance with international standards.

Support clients in navigating laws and procedures for company incorporation in Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, and other countries.

Monitor regulatory developments and provide insights on implications for clients' businesses.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.

Maintain a knowledge base of cross-border corporate regulations and continuously update it as laws evolve.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law.

3-5 years of experience
working in a legal or business consultancy environment.

Excellent command of
English
(both written and spoken).
