Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Provide site support for new physical network setup and layers; assist in troubleshooting network related issues.
- Coordinate with IT Service Desk in managing support requests and Incidents
- Coordinate with IT local team in maintaining IT inventory of IT assets
- To partner with the rest of IT and business to ensure IT as a service is delivered to Forvis Mazars standards
- Other tasks as per business needs

**Quaifications**:

- Final year, fresh graduates in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Active Directory, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required
- Positive attitude & able to work independently as part of a team.

**Internship Duration**:Period 2 months

**Location**: Hanoi
