WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Plan and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
- Manage the process efficiently and be able to set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, as well as understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and build strong internal client relationships.
- Demonstrate maturity in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Be an active member of the HR team; sharing insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy and work plans with management.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Have 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition (either in-house or agencies).
- In-depth knowledge of the project development team and technical terminology.
- A quick and driven learner, a strong communicator (both orally and in writing), action-oriented and committed to perfection.
- Outstanding networking and communication skills with a warm touch, good time management and organizational skill.
- Have good recruiting skills, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, questioning, evaluating and caring skills.
- “Can-do” attitude.
- Good English skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience in Employer Branding and Employee Engagement.
- Ability to organize Internal Activities.
