A financial group company is recruiting for the position of Director of Asset Valuation.
**Job description**:
Responsible for performing the operation and management of the asset appraisal department in accordance with professional regulations and laws.
**Responsibility**:
- Directly operating and managing human resources of large-scale departments.
- Directly review and approve records within authority.
- Directly review out-of-authority files.
- Directly support, urge and encourage the Valuations to successfully complete the assigned work.
- Report, receive tasks from the Board of Directors of the Company.
- Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to valuation activities.
- Interact well and effectively with business units and individuals in the whole system.
- Take responsibility before the Board of Directors of the Company and the law for the results of the assigned work.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors of the Company.
**Job requirements**:
- University graduate or higher majoring in Valuation, Economics, Finance, Banking, Construction, Land Management, Engineering.
- Priority is given to the practice certificate of price appraiser issued by the Ministry of Finance, with at least 5 years of experience working in valuation at valuation organizations or credit institutions.
- Mastering in-depth knowledge of valuation operations.
- Able to withstand pressure, understand and comply with legal regulations (especially on Valuation).
- Have good communication skills, be agile, work independently.
- Having good moral qualities, being honest, objective, independent, with a high sense of responsibility.
- Able to work overtime and travel according to work requirements.
