- Coordinate with Product departments to assess the level of risk to make appropriate decisions in transactions. Performing valuation operations to ensure competitiveness and in accordance with the actual conditions of the market at the time of the client's transaction.
- Managing relationships with customers and managing after-sales transactions, ensuring the best customer care.
- Analyze and evaluate market conditions and company's capacity according to prescribed limits and limits.
- Research, propose and contribute ideas to internal policies, regulations and processes related to capital operations in order to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance with current legal regulations,

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from a regular university or higher, preferably with a university degree Major: Finance - Banking; Economics or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in related positions in the capital department of banks, financial institutions, and large enterprises. In which, at least 03 years of experience in the position of CFO at large enterprises or 3 years of experience in the position of Sales Director of large financial institutions.
- Experience in selling and approaching customers at large financial institutions and organizations
- Knowledge of corporate finance, securities law / corporate law / credit institution law and related legal documents
- Knowledge of financial markets and stock market operations

- Understanding of market risks, hedging measures applied in the world
- Ability to use English for work effectively
