**As a Guru you will be accountable for**:

- Overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinating and supporting executive-level meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Handling complex travel arrangements and expense reports, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures to improve workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
- Managing internal and external communications, including drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Assisting with project management tasks, including tracking progress, preparing reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure project goals are met.
- Providing administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations, including maintaining records and preparing reports as required.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Has experience in administrative roles with a strong understanding of office management principles and practices.
- Has proven ability to handle complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong skills in document preparation and data management.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
