**What you will do**:

- Consult partners to integrate their solutions with the Zalo Mini App ecosystem;
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration;
- Develop and maintain integration documentation;
- Provide consulting services to optimize partner integration strategies;
- Conduct reviews and audits of partner integrations;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners;
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner issues;
- Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams;
- Identify product improvement opportunities based on partner feedback;
- Provide training and support to partners on integration best practices;
- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in product management or technical pre-sales consulting, with a focus on partner integration and consulting;
- Strong technical background with experience in APIs, software development, and integration processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners;
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering integration projects;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic solutions;
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis;

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in a related field;
- Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
