As a Senior Product Specialist for Video Ads Solutions at Adtima, you will lead the innovation, development, and optimization of cutting-edge video advertising products. You will combine market insight, product vision, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions that drive both client value and business growth. From ideation to launch and performance optimization, you will oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
**What you will do**:
- New product research and development (60%)_
- Proactively gain understandings of Adtima’s ecosystem (i.e. Zalo Video,...) and its services;
- Manage and implement research activities of new trend and movement of the market as well as Adtima’s competitors;
- Coordinate with Product Team to develop prototypes for range of products;
- Coordinate with business team (Sales, Planner,..) to package the product with competitive ratecard and make it more attractive to clients;
- Understand and have up-to-date overview information of the digital advertising market and Adtima’s resources to spot opportunities for new ads products/solutions.
- Product management and optimization (40%)_
- Manage timeline and progress of new and current products, make sure it’s on track and follow to specs;
- Keep track revenue & performance report of new products weekly;
- Other challenges from Top Management.
**What you will need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related areas; or have prior relevant work experience in a related field;
- At least 3 year of experience in Digital Advertising and 5 years in relevant role of Product/Digital Projects/IT Solutions management and optimization;
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and excellent product-mindset;
- Be a digital innovator and challenge seeker;
- Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English;
- Demonstrate strong management skills, especially in task allocation and project keep-track.
