**Job description**:

- Đàm phán, phối hợp với khách hàng Nhật Bản xác định yêu cầu dự án.
- Trao đổi, báo cáo, liên lạc giữa team phát triển Việt Nam và khách hàng Nhật Bản.
- Hỗ trợ nhóm phát triển khi cần thiết và xử lý các công việc theo yêu cầu của dự án.
- Hỗ trợ chung các công việc khác của PM, PL.

**Job requirements**:

- Tiếng Nhật thành thạo (nghe, nói, đọc, viết). Trình độ tiếng Nhật tương đương N2 trở lên.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ phát triển hệ thống, biên, phiên dịch, trao đổi khách hàng tại các công ty IT.
- Nhanh nhẹn, giao tiếp tốt, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Nhật Bản là điểm cộng.
- **Phúc lợi**:

- Trợ cấp các loại (trợ cấp đi lại, ăn trưa, chuyên cần, trợ cấp chứng chỉ JLPT, chứng chỉ lập trình).
- Thời giờ làm việc: 8:30 ~17:30 (thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần). Nghỉ thứ 7, chủ nhật, nghỉ lễ theo luật lao động, nghỉ theo lịch của công ty (Tổng số ngày nghỉ: 120 ngày/năm).
- Nhận 100% mức lương trong thời gian thử việc.
- Thưởng 1 năm 2 lần.
- Du lịch công ty, khám sức khỏe hàng năm.
- Được mua bảo hiểm sức khỏe VBI nếu làm việc tại công ty từ 3 năm trở lên.
- Tính Over-time, thưởng trên tổng lương.
- Các hoạt động Teambuilding, sinh nhật cho nhân viên hàng tháng.
- Làm việc trong môi trường trẻ trung, năng động.
