**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Bespin Global Vietnam is looking for **Associate PMO, based out of Hanoi,** to work on our exciting projects in Vietnam, including an on-going smart city project in Hanoi, using modern technologies; cloud computing, AI/ML, microservices, to name a few. You will be part of a highly professional and competent team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle. If you are enthusiastic about managing different stakeholders from different industries, we would like to meet you.

Job Overview

As an Associate PMO, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in managing **technical projects**. You will work closely with other managers, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to project management standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support the tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project management templates and tools.
- Coordinate project documentation and knowledge management.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Provide administrative support to the PMO team as needed.
- Provide support for meetings with external stakeholder in Hanoi

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in an IT environment.
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

**Nice to have**:

- PM-related certification: CAPM, PM
