**Position**: Vietnam Production Plant Operations Manager

MI-TECH, a leading global medical device manufacturer headquartered in South Korea, is establishing a new subsidiary in Vietnam. We are seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee our Vietnam production facility and ensure stable plant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production management and planning
- Workforce management and supervision
- Process quality control and assurance
- Communication and coordination with Korean headquarters

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience
- Proficiency in either English or Korean required
- Korean language skills strongly preferred(for effective headquarters communication)
- Experience in manufacturing operations management
- Experience in overseas subsidiary or factory management

**Location&Work Hour**:

- Lot A-4, Dong Nam Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- 6 days a week, 9AM-6PM or 8AM-5PM(To be Determined)

**Mô tả công việc**: MI-TECH, một nhà sản xuất thiết bị y tế hàng đầu toàn cầu có trụ sở chính tại Hàn Quốc, đang thành lập công ty con mới tại Việt Nam. Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một giám đốc vận hành có kinh nghiệm để giám sát cơ sở sản xuất tại Việt Nam và đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định của nhà máy.

**Trách nhiệm chính**:

- Quản lý và lập kế hoạch sản xuất
- Quản lý và giám sát lực lượng lao động
- Kiểm soát và đảm bảo chất lượng quy trình
- Liên lạc và phối hợp với trụ sở chính Hàn Quốc

**Yêu cầu ưu tiên**:

- Có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành sản xuất
- Yêu cầu thành thạo tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn
- Ưu tiên mạnh kỹ năng tiếng Hàn (để giao tiếp hiệu quả với trụ sở chính)
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý vận hành sản xuất
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý công ty con hoặc nhà máy ở nước ngoài

**Địa điểm & Giờ làm việc**:

- Lô A-4, Khu Công nghiệp Đông Nam, tỉnh Bình Dương, TP. Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam
- 6 ngày/tuần, 9:00-18:00 hoặc 8:00-17:00 (sẽ được xác định)
