**OPERATIONS MANAGER**

**Location: Giang Dien Industrial Zone, Trang Bom, Dong Nai (no shuttle bus)**

**Work time: Mon-Fri**
- Plant operation management.
- Representative of company towards customer visit or business development.
- Leads and coordinate between departments to meet daily production target.
- Develop action plan according to forecast up and down trend.
- Develop and manage task and KPIs from HQ, including:

- Collect data, analyze and identify opportunities to improve production management processes, warehouse management processes, implement process improvements and coordinate implementation.
- Implement factory OEE measurement and improvement.
- Manage plant costs and budget usage.
- Report to HQ directly

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree (or above) in engineering or management.
- Have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably from plastics, precision, mechanical, high-tech manufacturing environments
- Ability to plan and work with strategic direction.
- Skilled in managing, supervising and working according to the system.
- Have good statistical and data analysis skills.
- Solid knowledge of ISO9001 quality management system.
- Have good verbal and written English communication skills.
- As a good team leader and have good teamwork skills.
- Able to communicate in English, Chinese is an advantage.
