To ensure smooth operation in the Company.
- Report accidents and injuries and ensure proper treatment protocols are met.
- Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
- Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
- To monitor purchase, logistics and warehouse operation.
- To monitor and control inventory level and ageing at a healthy level.
- To monitor warehouse stock accuracy
- Optimize warehouse functions.
- Handle communications with internal departments
- To report to General Manager on all the operations matters.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, especially in Managerial and supply chain management operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business and head office in Malaysia
- Able to speak, write and read English and Chinese will be added advantage.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)

**Salary**: 15,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month
