We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of Commercial Director. In this position, you will play a crucial role in identifying new customers, approaching them strategically, and closing impactful deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Brand Ambassadorship**: Represent Unlimit as a brand ambassador, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
- ** Product Knowledge and Consumer Needs**: Qualify, develop, and maintain in-depth knowledge of our company and products. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions can meet them.
- ** Relationship Building**: Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and lifestyle of clients.
- ** Lead Generation and Customer Service**: Generate leads and commit to excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
- ** Adaptability and Feedback**: Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. Provide valuable feedback to the global team.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct incisive and insightful market and competitive research in alignment with Unlimit’s global expansion plans.
- ** Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with individuals and teams across Unlimit to ensure the best possible merchant experience and contribute to professional development.
- ** Performance Goals**: Meet sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities, and achieve company and individual KPI goals.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: Proven experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably from a payment service provider/acquirer or similar complex enterprise software, or merchant side.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Goal-oriented Attitude**: Commercially driven individual with a goal-oriented attitude. Ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous.
- ** Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated track record of performance.
- ** Network**: Relevant business network in the region.
