You've either built affiliate or influencer programs before, or you're itching to prove you can do it better than anyone else. You don't just send cold DMs. You test five different approaches, automate the follow-ups, and build frameworks that scale without losing the human touch. You understand creators. You can spot talent before they blow up. You speak their language. You make them feel like partners, not transactions. Most importantly: You don't care about vanity metrics. You care about partnerships that drive signups, revenue, and real growth for Fluer. **What You'll Own** **Your work includes**: - Finding and recruiting the right partners (micro-influencers, content creators, marketing experts, agency owners, small business advocates) - Designing outreach campaigns, incentive structures, and onboarding flows that convert - Building systems to track partner performance, automate payments, and scale the program efficiently - Creating resources (templates, assets, messaging) that make it easy for partners to promote Fluer - Testing what works, doubling down on winners, and cutting what doesn't - Working with marketing, product, and ops to turn partnerships into measurable growth - Owning the numbers (partner acquisition, activation rates, conversions, ROI) This isn't a "manage existing partnerships" role. This is a "build something from zero" role. **What We're Looking For** **Partnership experience**: - 3+ years building or scaling affiliate, influencer, or partnership programs (ideally in SaaS, tech, digital products, or consumer apps) - Proven track record of recruiting and activating high-performing partners - Experience designing incentive structures, commission models, and performance tracking systems - Hands-on operator who's built the processes, not just managed them **Skills that matter**: - You're a closer.
