Reporting to the Head of Service & Solution you will be responsible for:

- Affiliate Marketing via TikTok/Influencer Affiliate:

- Be responsible for creating affiliate marketing plan to promote multiple affiliate products to attract new customers via top creators.
- Identify and recruit high-performing influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that promotes affiliate products effectively.
- Campaign Management:

- Plan and manage a comprehensive campaign calendar aligned with brand and partner activities, focusing on peak seasons of TikTokshop.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- E-Merchandising:

- Oversee the appearance and positioning of products and brands on the homepage and category pages
- Ensure that all digital merchandising efforts align with the brand’s strategy and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Regularly update and maintain product listings to reflect current promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal changes.
- Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate marketing professionals.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, particularly with TikTok and influencer affiliates.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media trends.
- Experience in campaign management and e-merchandising.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms.
