**CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC**:
**Job Objective**:

- Develop and implement a national sales strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales growth and market share targets for FPT Medicare's product lines in both OTC and ETC channels.
- Build and develop a regional sales management team, motivating and guiding them to achieve high performance.
- Ensure effective coordination between relevant departments (Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain, etc.) to optimize business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer trends to make strategic decisions.
- Identify new growth opportunities and propose innovative solutions to exploit the market.

**2. Sales Management**:

- Manage and operate sales activities nationwide, ensuring the achievement of sales and profit targets.
- Establish and manage a KPI system for the regional sales management team.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution channels (OTC, ETC) and propose improvement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with the company's sales policies and procedures.

**3. Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and develop the regional sales management team.
- Build an effective work culture, motivating and encouraging creativity.
- Evaluate job performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop career development plans for team members.

**4. External Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, major customers, and government agencies.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and products.

**5. Reporting**:

- Report periodically on business performance, team performance, and market activities.
- Propose solutions to improve and optimize business operations.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related fields.

**2. Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior sales management position (Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager) in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries.
- Prior experience in managing both OTC and ETC channels is preferred.
- Proven experience in building and developing a sales team.

**3. Skills**:

- Excellent leadership, management, and operational skills.
- Strong market analysis, strategy development, and business planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and effective decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

**4. Other Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese Pharmaceutical and Medical Device market.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Good command of spoken English is an advantage.
