**SUMMARY**

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive new business, achieve sales targets, and manage key client relationships. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and play a critical role in driving strategic growth and market expansion. This role will involve managing a team of 3-4 members, including junior sales staff and a marketing executive.

- ** Team Management**:Manage a team of junior sales staff and a marketing executive, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
- ** Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to create and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- ** Client Engagement**: Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions.
- ** Product Demonstration**:Oversee the team’s presentations of IT solutions, ensuring clear communication of value to prospective clients.
- ** Deal Negotiation**: Lead negotiations on high-value deals, ensuring successful outcomes for both the company and the client.
- ** Sales Tracking**:Monitor sales team performance and report on sales activities using CRM tools.
- ** Market Feedback**:Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to support the development of new product offerings.
- ** Networking**:Represent our client at industry events and conferences, building relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- ** Language**:Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
- ** Experience**:At least 10-12 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the IT and digital solutions sectors.
- ** Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

**DETAILS**
- ** Reporting Line**: Reports to the Senior Sales Manager (Vietnamese).
- ** Team Management**: Responsible for managing a team of 3-4 people, including junior sales staff and a marketing executive.
- ** Compensation**: Base salary of 60-70 million VND gross per month, plus a sales commission scheme.
- ** Benefits**:Healthcare package and guaranteed 13th-month salary.
- ** Engagement Type**: Full-time, On-site, determined contract.
- ** Working Location**:Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh City.
