The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**About the Team**:

- The Seller Operation Solutions (SOS) team focuses on various topics, with one goal in mind: To make the selling journey of sellers on Shopee to be as smooth and positive as possible. To achieve this, Seller Insights & Communications team engages in studying data and information to understand sellers. These insights then help to initiate, drive and communicate improvement solutions on seller operation processes, in coordination with internal Shopee teams, to enhance our support for sellers.

All for the sake of ensuring customer satisfaction of both sellers and buyers on Shopee be the ultimate shopping experience
- Analyze seller operations data and voice of sellers from multiple sources to draw insights on their pain-points & sentiment towards Shopee;
- Propose & drive solutions with other functional teams to enhance seller capability & experience;
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, seller survey, market research as part of solution development;
- Prepare and present reports/proposals to stakeholders to assist in their decision-making process;
- Monitor seller performance and sentiment towards new solutions for continuous improvement;
- Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably experience in performance improvement for e-commerce, consulting, or relevant industries;
- Experience in using analytical skills and leveraging data to uncover insights, develop solutions, and analyze impacts;
- Ability to present complex data & information in a concise & structured way;
- Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail and working individually and with others, resourceful in getting the job done;
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
