The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Act as the Project Manager to drive assigned projects from feasibility study, requirements collection, project planning to execution as per defined scope and timeline.
- Act as the Process Improvement Expert to identify inefficiencies and/or inconsistencies in current practices in order to design process improvements and automation, from which work with relevant stakeholders to implement process changes
- Act as the Technology Expert to collaborate with Product team to drive the implementation of new system changes in alignment with business needs, including integration with existing systems
- Act as the Change Management Expert to develop change management strategies and implement changes across the organisation in ensuring smooth transition for impacted employees.
- Ensure on-time progress update and sufficient communication to relevant stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Experience in business process modelling and/or business analysis
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and digital workflows
- Logical and structured thinking, with great attention to details
- Interpersonal and communication skill, with technical competency
- Aptitude for data analysis and great business acumen
- Good at problem solving and stakeholder management.
- Be opened, flexible and enjoyed fast-paced environment
- Good at writing and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
- Experience in project management is a Must
- Experience in system implementation/ digital transformation/ process management is a Plus
- Knowledge of PMI/ BPMN and/or Lean/Six Sigma is a Plus
