PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- Provide necessary project management supports in communicating with team members to keep up-to-date on the progress.
- Oversee the administration needs of projects and program to support overall governance and effective performance management.
- Act as the bridge connecting the project manager to various internal and external project members.
- Participating in supporting Head in business, marketing, and other related jobs

PERFORMANCE (40%)

Support PMO with duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Being responsible for working within all stages of project management
- Organizing projects with the goal of getting them completed on time
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
- Organizing, attending, participating in meetings and distributing minutes to all project team members
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
- Engage the team through project management software
- The project coordinator is dependable and can be relied on to uphold their responsibilities without having to be micromanaged

- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines Performance Management

OPERATION EXCELLENCE (15%)
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Knowledge of techniques and tools
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools competencies

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (10%)

Training team member by documents, rules in step by step. Celebrate some seminar about technology for team, update new technology and knowledge.
