What you would do
- Daily manage seller performance and handle related matter in forward logistic
- Analyze data, build comprehensive seller performance reporting/dashboard
- Generate insights sellers’ performance to address current issues, provide solutions and encourage seller performance better
- Collaborate with the multi stakeholders on project initiatives, product enhancement, and daily monitoring to ensure the best performance for forward logistics
- Propose new or make adjustments to existing policies to be adaptable with current situation to keep operations in place
- Campaign support and carry out order backlog clearing as scheduled timeline What you should have

What you should do
- 3-5 years of work experiences in Express, Logistics, Operations fields
- Experience in data management, process, and analysis
- Understanding of key metrics/terms of marketplace operations used in the company and industry
- Knowledge of seller operation process and policy in terms of concept, theory and framework
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate lower level memebers when required
- Problem solving and adaptability required to be flexible and make adjustments as necessary, proposed solutions are practical, reasonable and creative
- Effective communication between team members, key stakeholders, vendors, and everyone else involved in a project or operation
- Organizational acumen to keep track of all of the various complex moving pieces involved in a project or ongoing operations
- High level of technical expertise in your specific domain or industry, to help anticipate problems and solutions before they occur
- Teamwork as well as be independent
