DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Coordinate with Regional/Internal teams to release new features, including User Acceptance testing, translating content to Vietnamese, feature announcements
- Coordinate with Regional/ Local Operation teams & other internal teams to identify operations problems of struggling sellers to provide new features and feature improvements;
- Market research/ benchmarking analysis to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions;
- Support technical issues arising from seller facing internal team, perform first-layer troubleshooting, and conduct research to identify possible root causes of the reported issues;
- Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience or strong knowledge of product development is a plus;
- Good mindset about system logic, balancing between product side and user side;
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to draw insights from seller pain points, research, and design practical and scalable solutions;
- Good team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of integrity and responsibility;
- Strong curiosity to understand the “whys” and “hows” and to develop the “so-what” that will shape policies, initiatives, and features;
- Good mindset about UI/UX design is a plus;
- Good command of English.
