1. Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý mọi hoạt động của nhân viện thuộc phân hệ kế toán phải thu (AR) bao gồm:
a. Lập hóa đơn VAT đầu ra, điều chỉnh tăng/giảm hóa đơn.

b. Kiểm tra tất cả bút toán hạch đúng chính sách kế toán hiện hành và qui định quản trị nội bộ công ty

c. Giá bán hàng hóa đúng với nội dung bản giá đã phê duyệt

d. Các ghi nhận doanh thu, giá vốn đúng với chuẩn mực kế toán hiện hành

2. Quản lý hoạt động hàng ngày của bộ phận AR:
a. Quản lý, duy trì và cải tiến chính sách thu nợ trong công tác bán hàng của công ty, hợp lý hóa các thủ tục kiểm soát thu nộp tiền của các cửa hàng bán lẻ.

b. Kiểm tra, giám sát hàng ngày tình hình thu tiền, số dư công nợ để đôn đốc thu hồi công nợ, giảm thời gian thu hồi nợ (DSO) trễ hạn.

c. Chủ động làm việc với các trưởng bộ phận và bộ phận bán hàng để xừ lý nhanh chóng các vấn đề liên quan bán hàng: bão lãnh nợ, đồng ý/không đồng ý xuất kho hàng bán, yêu cầu cung cấp đủ thủ tục trước khi thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi: tặng quà, trả thưởng

d. Xem xét, đóng góp chỉnh sửa các Hợp đồng mua bán về các điều khoản thanh toán và tính phù hợp về mặt kế toán khi triển khai.

3. Quản lý qui trình đóng kỳ AR hàng tháng bao gồm:
a. Đối chiếu AR với phân hệ tổng hợp (GL), chuẩn bị các báo cáo cuối tháng: báo cáo doanh thu và báo cáo khác theo yêu cầu.

b. Dữ liệu thuộc phân hệ AR hoàn thiện và sẵn sàng cho việc lập báo cáo tài chính theo thời hạn công ty qui định.

c. Kiểm tra và đánh giá các đối tượng khách hàng có số dư nợ khó đòi để tiến hành lập đề xuất xóa nợ hoặc chuẩn bị hồ sơ liên quan, chuyển nợ xấu và gửi cho bộ phận pháp lý hoặc An Ninh tập đoàn xử lý, đồng thời tiến hành lập dự phòng nợ phải thu khó đòi.

d. Xử lý các báo cáo phục vụ cho các phòng ban liên quan: Báo cáo dự thu dòng tiền, Báo cáo aging chi tiết số dư công nợ phải thu từng khách hàng.

4. Trách nhiệm, quyền hạn:
a. Phân công và sắp xếp công việc đúng trình độ năng lực, đào tạo chính sách và qui trình nội bộ cho nhân viên để đảm bảo công việc xử lý chính xác kịp thời phù hợp với qui định công ty

b. Theo dõi và đánh giá tình hình thực hiện công việc của nhân viên, đảm bảo nhân viên đang thực hiện đúng nhiệm vụ được giao

c. Cải tiến điều chỉnh qui trình hiện tại, kể cả qui trình liên quan hệ thống ERP, hệ thống bán hàng liên quan.

d. Đảm bảo thông tin dữ liệu khách hàng đúng đầy đủ cho việc hạch toán kế toán, phân tích quản trị trước khi chuyển bộ phận IT thiết lập trên hệ thống ERP.

e. Các quyền hạn và trách nhiệm khác như:

- Đề xuất điều chỉnh hạn mức tín dụng khách hàng dựa trên dữ liệu kế toán có sẵn.
- Đề xuất tạm dừng hoặc từ chối các chương trình khuyến mãi bán hàng nếu xét thấy chưa đảm bảo về mặt thủ tục thuế, kế toán hiện hành.
- Yêu cầu các bộ phận liên quan từ chối xuất hàng nếu khách hàng có lịch sử tín dụng xấu nhưng không đảm bảo về mặt thanh toán trước khi giao hàng.

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu cấp trên.

- Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Tài chính kế toán, có chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng
- Năng lực:

- Nắm vững nghiệp vụ kế toán, am hiểu luật và các qui định hiện hành về thuế, kế toán của Nhà Nước.
- Hướng dẫn nhân viên thực hiện nghiệp vụ.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp và quan hệ các bộ phận liên quan.
- Kinh nghiệm:

- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 3 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống quản trị ERP.
- Sử dụng thành thạo Excel.
