UNIT Technical Corp is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant who will follow and control accounts receivable on time.
- Understand the process of designing software product, get knowledge about business, and know the purpose of products.
- The process is designed & built from the beginning, understanding the expertise in each area.
- UNIT specializes in making solutions and products related to: Banking, Insurance, Finance, Construction.
- Working on the latest technology platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Issue invoices to record the revenue to ensure tax compliance.
- Producing report revenue for weekly, monthly, yearly.
- Follow up all accounts receivable.
- Checking and performing account receivable reconciliations.
- Checking and comparing account receivable with departments.
- Estimating and monitoring accounts receivable cash flow; Reminders to collect receivables on time/overdue.
- Preparing and reconciliation document to customers quarterly.
- Maintaining and records accounts receivable files.
- Assisting provide documents for the Tax department and Audit.
- And other reasonable tasks assigned by the line manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- College or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Have at least 02 years of experience in the same position.
- Experience with MISA software, good skill in Microsoft Office.
- Have proficient English and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and work independently.
- Flexible, dynamic attitude and reliable.
