We’re looking for **Receivable **Accountant** to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam. You’ll be a part of our Finance team.

**Job Overview**: We are looking for an ambitious Experience Receivable Accountant to provide support to the financial department by supporting daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long-term success.

**What you’ll do**:

- Prepare draft invoice to customer into VNPT E-Invoice system.
- Post invoices and ensure all sales transactions are recorded in the accounting system.
- Update accounts receivable, update invoices and incoming payments into the system, and perform AR reconciliations.
- Assist in AR document preparation.
- Assist in preparing upload files for posting rebates.
- Assist with other accounting projects.
- Assist to prepare VAT declaration.

**About you**:

- Have at least two years of experience in the area
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Netsuite)
- Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) are a plus but not required
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- BSc/Ba in accounting, finance, or relevant field
- Ability to understand and communicate in English is a MUST
